Sound Healing Meditation
My events offer a place to rest deeply and attune to well-being through sound healing meditation. Your meditative journey begins as you lie down comfortably and are guided in a very simple and easy Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation). Yoga Nidra helps with relaxation and supporting your body to receive the healing benefits of sound.
What follows is a sound journey that immerses you in the sonic richness, vibrant overtones and healing frequencies of an assortment of sound healing instruments. Each instrument has its own unique qualities. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Planetary Gongs and other sonic tools emit sound vibrations that bring clearing, balancing and harmonization to body, mind and spirit. Sound meditation is very restorative and provides wonderful support for releasing stress and experiencing self-attunement.
